The Tower of Terror was my favorite scary ride in Disneyland. Very scary, but very well done. No amount of attention to detail was spared. It is an elevator that takes you to the top of the "Hollywood Hotel" and then drops you several stories in a hurry. You come right off of your seat as you plummet to the ground. Here is a video I found that shows you what your eyes see as you experience the ride. It doesn't really give justice to the feeling of you stomach in your shoes though. Enjoy!!
